1. Graphite Seal Ring, Impregnating Seal Ring

The rigid seal ring made of carbon-graphite wear-resistant material has been widely adopted to ensure the reliable operation of equipment in corrosive medium, under high temperature, at high speed, or without lubricants. With a high coefficient of heat conductivity, a small coefficient of thermal expansion and a small coefficient of friction, the graphite seal ring has resistance to high temperature and aging as well as good flexibility and resiliency. It also has excellent corrosion resistance and self-lubricating property. Therefore, it is widely used for the sealing of various mechanical devices, such as steam turbine, gas compressor, drying machine, cigarette maker, heat setting machine, textile printing and dyeing machine, etc.

We mainly provide sliding end face seals which are divided into graphite rotating ring and graphite stationary ring according to the using conditions. They are mainly used for the mechanical sealing of various pumps and reaction kettles.
